Teaching and Learning Innovation Expo 2024: Call for Presentations

We cordially invite you to submit abstracts to present at the upcoming Teaching and Learning Innovation Expo (Expo 2024). This annual professional development occasion is specifically tailored for educators, professionals, staff members, and student partners from all disciplines in the CUHK community.

Date: 11 and 12 December 2024
Venue: Yasumoto International Academic Park, The Chinese University of Hong Kong

The Expo is jointly organised by the Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research (CLEAR), the Centre for eLearning Innovation and Technology (ELITE), and the Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC). Since its establishment in 2007, the Expo has provided an exceptional opportunity for colleagues to exchange ideas, disseminate teaching and learning practices and showcase project achievements within the higher education sector.

About the Programme Schedule

  • Day 1 (11 December): Keynote speeches by recipients of the University Education Award 2024, and Expo 2024 Poster Awards Presentation Ceremony
  • Day 2 (12 December): Plenary session, panel discussion, interactive poster presentation session, and themed parallel sessions

About the Call for Presentations (Submission Deadline: 28 October 2024)

The Expo 2024 welcomes abstract submissions of teaching and learning practices, and project showcases, covering individual courses to institutional levels. This includes non-technology-based and technology-based approaches. Interested parties could submit abstracts for presentations in one of the following categories:

  • Poster presentation
  • Oral presentation in themed parallel session
