Ethical Use of AI Workshop Series “AI for Special Educational Needs in Higher Education”
You are cordially invited to attend the workshop “AI for Special Educational Needs in Higher Education”. The workshop information is listed below. |
|
Abstract: | This seminar explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can support students with special educational needs (SEN) in higher education. We will begin by exploring general AI technologies and how AI-driven tools can enhance accessibility and foster inclusive learning environments. A key aspect of the seminar is the I-TPACK framework, which provides a structured approach to integrating technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge for inclusive education. We will also examine current examples of AI applications in higher education. Additionally, we will discuss ethical considerations, including transparency, privacy, and data ownership, to ensure responsible AI deployment in educational contexts. The goal is to provide key takeaways on how AI can effectively support SEN students in higher education while addressing ethical standards and promoting inclusion. |
