Teaching and Learning Video Service @CUHK is jointly presented by the Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) and Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research (CLEAR).
Panopto is a video content management system which is used by instructors or administrators at the CUHK to upload, manage and share course videos and audio files with students. It is a centralized and secure place for storing teaching and learning materials such as recorded lectures and flipped classroom videos. Students with the access right can view those contents online at Panopto with different devices. (see the detailed benefits and voice from the CUHK users.)
This workshop will focus on the ideas and tips for pedagogical uses of Panopto; the specific cases of how institutions are implementing videos for teaching and learning (e.g., flipped classroom, student assignments, and etc.); and video trends in academics. Features of Panopto will also be illustrated.
